What data do we process?

The website has no registration, no online shop and no messaging system of its own. The forms on the site (appointment booking, wholesale enquiry, product enquiry) only compose the message text in your browser; the data is not sent to the website's server.

You send the message yourself through the channel you choose (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, email or phone). The data you provide there (name, phone number, device details, problem description) is processed solely to answer your enquiry, arrange the appointment and carry out the repair, and is deleted once the matter is closed or the warranty period ends.

Third parties

• Facebook Messenger – according to the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
• WhatsApp – according to the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.
• Google Maps embed on the Contact page – according to the privacy policy of Google Ireland Ltd.
• Hosting: Vercel Inc. – technical log data (e.g. IP address) may be generated while serving the site.

Reseller accounts

The data provided at reseller registration (company name, contact person, email address, phone number, tax number and a hashed password) is processed solely to assess the wholesale partnership and to display wholesale prices. The account can be deleted at any time via the contact details above.

Cookies

The public website does not use tracking or marketing cookies.

You may request information about the data we hold about you, or its correction or deletion, at the contact details above. Complaints can be lodged with the Hungarian data protection authority NAIH (naih.hu).
